    There a terrible company the service manager Thomas and there only Tech Benjamin are kneving and crooked. I worked for them for a few months as a service tech and was instructed to make up unnecessary problems to charge the customer as much as possible even when they dont need it . Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the headache call someone else. They advertise as if they are in so many places and they are a one man show with a manager they are in oc not Annapolis or Lewis Delaware. Thats why it takes 7 to 8 months for them to come on a maintenance agreement.. Theres no way I could continue to work there with all the lies they lie to the customers and of course they lie to employees .I would tell all Techs to not work there unless you want your tools held for ransom be micromanaged ,and the owner will be sure to not pay you for all the hours you worked s real class act .

    Horrible service. No return phone calls. Purchased a service contract and can't even get them out to fix the brand new equipment they installed. Totally regret calling them in the first place.

    BUYERS BEWARE! We have had NOTHING but issues with this company since we started working with them back last August. They want your money and have no issues getting it from you, and then they wont follow up. I have had ice maker issues since APRIL. The person on call (Bens wife),and the first call was at 12:00am in the morning, and they called me back in minutes. I was super impressed, until it took me almost two days for them to come for the first service call. Ben came out. He was indignant that they were the persons that came to us in August, and tried to sell us a maintenance agreement. This was their 1st mistake.. considering we werent able to get in touch with him since August when he supposedly fixed our icee maker, and it never worked since the day he left my store with the first $300. I didnt realize it was them, because my business partner had contacted them and set the appointment. He took our $300.00 and never would return a phone call. He claimed the reason he didnt call us was because we never had a contract. He sells us on the contract and how great this maintenance contract will be. The agreement is $700! Ok, but its supposed to cover over 5 pieces of equipment. I ask him if I can give him $350 this week and $350 next week when he comes back with tubes for my ice maker. He says thats fine that there is nothing wrong with my ice maker, that there is just gunk at my filter and its slowing down my flow of water and the tubing is old. He will be back with the lines next week and get me all fixed up. Ben leaves and there is water all over my floors for THREE and a half weeks, and during those weeks I made numerous calls, NO ANSWER, no show, no communication.I have my business partner call him from her phone number, They return a call within an hour. Tell her they dont have a contract with us and we never paid anything, which my partner then confirms the 1st check we gave them, and they agree to come out, to get the second half of their maintanence agreement and take the ice maker off the premise, that its apparent its broken and they will able to work on the machine more freely when they get it! They showed up to get the matching on a Saturday at 10am!!!! I am in the middle of a rush, I write them a check and pull three employees to have them pull my ice machine out the door. We pay them another $350. So that our agreement is now paid in full and he tells me he will have it fixed and back to me by Thursday, perfect and working again. We also have him take the 3 piece icee machine that he claims was working back in August to fix it as well,considering weve paid him $700.00 for a maintenance agreement. We shake hands, all is well. So moving to yesterday (Wednesday May 29th) The wife calls me to tell me that the drain assembly and water lines will be $550.00 to fix, and that the icee machine will be $998. To fix a bad compressor. I am in sticker shock! I ask why am I paying so much when Ive already given you $1000. ($300 fist time in Augusts and now two different $350 checks for maintanence agreement)To work on both of these pieces. The wife states that she didnt any money for the maintanence agreement and that the $350 is their SERVICE CALL that they receive at any point they come out to your place of business. Then she tells me they fixed the ice machine in August for it catching on fire (Not sure what the hell that means, since weve never been on fire) and that it was fixed. That the $550 for the drains is because the machine had cracks all up inside of it and they needed to be repaired from the first visit in March. Confused and frustrated I tell the wife that I am going to have my husband contact Ben directly about the amount of the repairs as they are terribly expensive and not what we initially agreed on or what it was initially diagnosed. She tells me thats fine, and we hang up our conversation. Now this morning I find my $350. Check that she says never was there, CASHED, and my equipment UNFIXED and dropped outside my store,
