Searched online for rental unit found one listed by Long and Foster extremely easy to reserve the unit and their communication was great as far as payments and conclusion of all paperwork..flawless contract signing & no hassle in and out of unit..very easy process

Everything went perfectly with our rental through L&F at Bethany Beach. After we reserved online, L&F followed up with emailed instructions for electronically signing the contract and submitting payment. We arrived in Bethany early and were surprised to receive a text from L&F an hour before the 3:00 check-in time letting us know that our unit was ready. The L&F reps at check-in were friendly and helpful. Our rental was very clean. We notified L&F on Sunday of a couple of minor issues and a repairman arrived a couple of hours later and fixed them.

We have rented a condo at Sea Colony through Long and Foster for 3 years. The service was great and when we had issues this summer, they were quick to contact us about resolving some cleaning issues. The check in and check out process is easy and efficient. The cleaning issues we had were with the condition of the condo and did not reflect on our experience with Long and Foster.

Confirmed reservation via email, check cashed, bought airline tickets and car rental. Then I was called 3 weeks later and was told that I didn’t respond to any emails or calls (lies) and that my rental house was cancelled. They called it a computer glitch (lie). They made no attempt to help me find a new place, the manager Emee was completely uninterested in helping me find a replacement home. Then I still waited 1 month before finally getting my deposit back. Now vacation ruined. Very unprofessional team. Would never use them again. Plenty of other reputable options in Bethany.

We love using Long and Foster Bethany Beach office. Kelci is always always one her game when it comes to making your vacation as smooth as possible and she does everything she possibly can for you to have the best vacation ever. Definitely recommend using Long and Foster Bethany Beach Office if your planning any trip to Bethany Beach.
