I couldn't say more about Proline Products they helped us when it seemed impossible to get anything because of the current pandemic. Not only did Greg find us what we wanted but he also made sure the fit was perfect. The day we went to pick up we were running a little late because of traffic and they stayed open to accommodate us. I wish I could give more then 5 stars they went above and beyond gaining a lifetime customer!

Proline is the place to go for all your roof rack needs. No one is more knowledgeable or more helpful than Greg Scott. He was able to get me and my kayak all set up during the craziness of the pandemic when supplies were limited and demand was high. He even had an obscure spare part when i needed one for my thule 881! Highly recommend Proline and Greg. Thanks again!

I have been waiting for my order for around 5 weeks now. I emailed and called the company for a confirmation that my order was placed but that was my mistake because the confirmation was sent to my important email box and I did not see it. What worried me is that they did not answer the phone or call me back when I left a message. They also did not respond to my emails when I asked for a confirmation or shipping details. So now I am left very confused and wondering if I should cancel the card yet. It is not all bad though because they have not charged the card it was purchased with. Which I assume is because they do not have my product ready to mail.

STOP!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR.
Place an order about a week ago because their prices were more competitive than other online retailers. However, this has been my experience so far:
• Placed the order, but never received an order confirmation via email.
• Never received a response to my email asking the status of my order.
• Tried to call them but went to voicemail (very unusual for a business)
• Called again and left a message and never got a call back.
I am beginning to wonder if this is even a legit business. Do they actually exist?
Buy at your own risk but don’t say I didn’t try to warn you.
RESPONSE TO RESPONSE FROM VENDOR: At the time the order was placed, it showed "on stock" that's the main reason I placed the order. I still have a copy of the order receipt, as proof. You may have updated the listing since to reflect the "not in stock" status. Good for you.
Also, there is no excuse not to reply to several email and phone call attempts. This is no bueno for business. Good luck to you my friend 👍🏾 12/10/2020
