BJ's Tire Center

The young man was awesome he needs a raise ans someone to help him. I was there tonight at 630 he put new tires on, cashed out customers who needed batteries and assisted with propane. He was overworked and had no help. The young man gets 5 stars. The lack of help and over working this young man gets 1 star.

The service is not what it was just a few years ago. I called to make an appointment for a flat tire repair on August 29th, 2022, spoke to a young man and made an appointment for 9/5/2022. He seemed a bit lost on the phone, but I chocked that up to them being busy. Nevertheless, I arrived at BJs to get my tire repaired only to be told that I did not have an appointment and they are fully booked out for the week. I asked the two men who were behind the counter(1 in training) to check the computer to see if there was a mistake with the date, only to find out I was never placed on the schedule. I never right reviews or make complaints, but avoid the tire center at all cost if you value your time A few years ago this place ran great, a couple of hiccups here and there, but this new team is horrible. Very short staffed.

Remember not to call them, you have to be there to get some info. Shortage of staff is the main issue they have, but over all they are nice and helpful.

Prices are great. Im rating 1 star if not less because an employee (RJW) today was wearing confederate clothing and clothing that had the middle finger on it. Its insanely offensive and racist for a person to be working this in the commercial sales industry, and it was uncomfortable as a poc for an employee to be wearing this. Will not be coming here again.

I want to install 2 new tires for my Lexus 2011 235/45R17 on 7/31/2020 5:22pm 2 Gentleman on the front screen looking for my size no one at the shop where they install the new tires And the told tomorrow they come iknow for fact 40 minutes to close ok they lose $455.76 just because they don't want to do it they wanted to go home they don't want to stay 10 minutes to finish the job it was hot 94 digress iwas So angry BAD DAD service sorry to complen but this the truth
