Miss Hawkins Acura needed an air tube to be attached between the air filter and throttle body. The old tube had a crack in it. This is a common problem with this make and model and needed to be fixed for her car to run properly. The part costs $70. Miss Hawkins was notified of the problem and the repair cost. There was no surprise. Her car was 13 years old with over 200,000 miles on it. A person driving a car that old, with that many miles, should expect to incur reasonable expenses to maintain a vehicle. We were reasonable and fair through the entire transaction.The safety of our customers is first and foremost. We Towed and then repaired Shekinah Hawkins vehicle, nothing to do with you Miss Bonna. Our garage was in contact with Miss Hawkins step father threw her vehicles repair who gave us the green light to make the vehicle start up and run again. The invoice # 6656 date Sept. 24 2019 which Miss Hawkins signed and got a copy along with her step father drivers license number showing he was involved. The problem is that Miss Hawkins did not want to pay for the Air Tube, you call it an extra, what ever. When we seen your new post done by someone who was not involved we mailed you another copy to the address you gave us 4 years ago. Parts $406 Labor $ 275 Towing $75 Tax $48.01 this is your itemized repair. For the comments made by Kinah Bonna it shows that she is an ignorant person. Both of you must have better things to do. After 4 years I suggest medication.
