I had an excellent experience with Jorge and Jill from Fiat. I had gone to two other dealerships and was treated very poorly, when I came into Executive they treated me with respect and cared about my experience. Jorge was awesome he went through many test drives with me and was able to find me the car with the extras I was looking for. He's followed up with me several times to make sure I was happy. Jill the business manager was excellent as well and helped me with my financing. I've only brought my car in for service once since I purchased it and Pete in the service department is excellent always takes care of my needs, even offered to get me lunch when I had to wait for a new battery. My thoughts - don't go anywhere else for a FIAT!

TOO BAD EXECUTIVE WENT AND DUMPED FIAT AND DID NOT TELL THE CUSTOMERS. IMAGINE MY SURPRISE WHEN I CALLED FOR SERVICE!!! I HAVE TO TRAVEL A LONG DISTANCE FOR WARRANTY WORK!!!! BOUGHT TWO CARS FROM THEM. NEVER AGAIN!!! This was the most positive, non pressured buying experience I have ever had in my 58 years. Julie is really wonderful to work with. I had concerns regarding driving my Fiat in the snow, so she explained that the standard features like traction and stability control would help my car take me safely anywhere I needed to go in the snow. My Fiat performs like a little mountain goat and when driven prudently giving the weather conditions, you can feel just as confident and safe as you would in an all wheel drive vehicle. I have been very pleased with my Fiat and have had my car for a year now. Their service department is top notch and efficient too! Buy a Fiat from these folks, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Inexperienced saleswoman and sales manager .I spoke in length and detail to Kiera (the sales manager) prior to leaving our home for a 1 hour 45 minute ride. Kiera has no customer service skills or general car knowledge. Kiera swears other Fiats at her dealership with 16,000 miles have needed brake pads , rotors , and tires (be thankful she isn't your service advisor ). Arriving after our 1 hour and 45 minute drive, Kiera and I made eye contact and the saleswoman knew who we were when we walked in. Do you think Kiera would even take a minute to come and say welcome or even hello? Nope! I made an offer on the vehicle we came to see, the saleswoman went and spoke to Kiera, came back, and said the price of the vehicle is non-negotiable. We said Okay and left. 2 miles down the road Kiera calls us back and is acting like she doesn't know anything about my offer on the vehicle. I called her a liar ( because our saleswoman went to Kiera with our offer on our vehicle as stated above ) and she got all defensive and told me not to call her a liar. She then became very unfriendly and confrontational. There are plenty of Fiat dealers around, go somewhere else!

I could not have had a better experience. Sal was a pleasure, he was not only welcoming and charming but also knowledgeable and honest. The entire staff was very happy, VERY busy, but amazingly very calm. My new FIAT is the best. I feel very sure that this was a great decision. I purchased the additional warranty and the protection kit, at first I wasn't sure if it was necessary, but when my 4 year old niece got into the backseat with her muddy shoes, I didn't flinch. The piece of mind alone makes it worth it! I feel like I found the best kept secret in Connecticut; this car is an amazing value and comes with a lot of support and great features. Plus it is super shiny :)

Astonished that this dealership just can't figure out what it takes to provide good (or even acceptable) customer service. Have been trying to get new struts installed in my Abarth for 4+ months now--dealership just can't get it together and keeps being highly uncommunicative. Net, net: after an amazing experience with the Callari Group Fiat franchise (sadly no longer in business), Fiat by Executive is apparently trying to make certain that my second Abarth will be my last one!
