I have never written a review so this is how strongly I feel!! Very disappointed! This was my first time car-buying experience. I was excited and looking forward to the experience, but left very upset and stressed out. I thought I would be treated well considering this is a “luxury” car brand. Waited hours for a car they had 3 whole days to have ready. Nothing was ready when I arrived. They rushed to detail and clean the car. Therefore, it came back to me in poor quality. There were still scuffs and dirt in and around the car after being told it would be taken care of. They did very minimal to compensate the time I waited and the unpreparedness of the dealership. Additionally, no spare key was made before I arrived and was told their “key guy” is only there at one time on Wednesdays. Which is extremely inconvenient and inconsiderate when people have jobs to be at and cannot just come whenever the dealership pleases. This was anything but a “luxury” experience at a supposed “luxury car dealership”. I am so disappointed by this! No way to do business or treat a paying customer. Would not recommend at all.

Best place to buy a car(Infiniti), period. Best place to have a car(Infiniti) serviced, period. Why does my 2010 Ford car cost more to fix than my 2015 QX60 suv? Because this place not only has great prices, but offers coupons and makes deals as well! Why do other dealerships take so long to fix my other cars but this place has me in and out in less than a day for things that should realistically take a couple days? Because this place has their priorities right. Why do I get talked down to at other dealerships but get made to feel like a king at Harte Infiniti wallingford? Because they actually care about you and your car at this dealership. They always exceed my every expectation, every time, which isn’t easy to do. Im the type that has a meltdown when I see a new scratch, and I always receive my vehicle back looking as though it is a whole brand new car! My kids remember all the cool drinks and snacks and fancy chairs in the waiting room, so they beg me to go back, but the car Harte sold me is SO good, it doesn’t break down! If you’re an Infiniti driver or lover, don’t waste your time anywhere else!
