Camryn Burke was outstanding! T Mobile on line chat and T Mobile Care phone assistance could not help me. After 2 hours on the phone the Care team told me I had to go to a T Mobile store. I walked in and Camryn was able to take care of it and made it look simple...............even though it was not. Thanks Camryn!

I have had the WORST experience with T-Mobile since I joined back in March. But since I started coming to this location, specifically working with Justin and Shala, it's been incredible. I would spend hours at a time and days at a time, on the phone with customer service and get NOWHERE.
Shala and Justin hit me positive results, literally IMMEDIATELY, on things NO ONE else in the company could figure out.
Two of the best customer service representatives I have EVER dealt with ANYWHERE!
Especially considering both times I came in the store like a demonic whirlwind. They calmed me down and got my issues resolved. They saved me from a phone that didn't work and then a phone that wouldn't connect to to the network, regardless of what we tried to do.
These twk employees, Justin and Shala, deserve some sort of recognition and compensation from the company for their outstanding knowledge of the company and customer service/troubleshooting techniques.
I was going to be unable to work, since I need a working phone to do my job. They saved my sanity AND my income and I can never express how grateful I am to the two of them and T-Mobile should have them training other employees on how to work for the company.

Service so good I'm leaving a review on both of my Google accounts.
I was going to be cancelling my service with T-Mobile. But Justin and Shala, two model employees for all times, have changed my mind.
I went from not having a working phone to a brand new phone with issues to a phone that's amazing and works no problems. Not thanks to anyone in customer service or corporate, but thanks to Shala and Justin.
T-Mobile needs to give them both a raise and/or a promotion. Seriously. If there was more customer service representatives like themselves, in general and not just here, the world would be a better place.
They handled my nasty attitude and got me not only calmed down but resolved my issues so thoroughly and efficiently that it's almost unbelievable.
Literally leaving two reviews for Justin and Shala of Southington T-Mobile. That's how freaking amazing and helpful they were. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful and outstanding.
