Frontier Communications

After getting the run around with 4 different reps on the phone, they said I needed to wait 9 days for a tech to come to the house. Ended up using a different provider that showed up in 1 day.

I would suggest choosing anyone other than frontier in Southington, CT. I have downed communication lines that are blocking my driveway and yard for my tenants. The lines are laying on the ground and other 3-4 ft off of the ground. Frontier thinks a 1 week response time is acceptable. Clearly customer service is at the bottom of their priority list. It seems they care about getting a payment from you, and then after that their services are dead in the water. Will never recommend them to anyone, nor will I use them again. Terrible.

I went with Frontier 2 years ago cuz the pricing seemed to make the most sense I comparison to the other internet providers, and I have been unsatisfied from the get go, before the Fiber became available in my area in Bristol, CT the service I had was inconsistent and not good enough for my needs then 1/19/22 I upgraded 500/500 FO plan and home phone, and immediately had an issue with the home phone and then Saturday 1/29/22 my service was totally disrupted and after a 52 min call with Tech Support I was told someone had to come out to fix and that wouldn't occur until 2/8/22 so I am now without internet and cuz I stream I now cannot watch football and I find it to be horrid customer service to now have to wait almost 2 weeks for my internet to get fixed and they seem to be ok with with not making it a priority to restore my service but when the bill is due they sure will want their money tho....I am actively looking to change providers cuz Frontier has proven to be by far the worst service provider I have dealt with Comcast, Cox, Xfinity, Optimum are all vastly superior all around and im shocked Frontier is still in business I am livid right now!!!
