Great apartment complex to call home. Dom ,Chasity & maintenance managers , is absolutely amazing. Very attentive, kind, and gets the job done.

The place is good, maintenance is good, people around you are good. The only problem is security for cars our car tires got stolen in summer 2023 today 2024 Jan our car got stolen along with another car. Office confirmed that they will install a gate after the first incident summer 2023, but till now they aren't. Because of their negelence lot of car, theft is happening here.

The management and maintenance crew are excellent.
My only complaint are the many children making noise and running through the hallways. Every day it sounds like a kids party outside my door.

Apartment is good and maintenance is good as well, but ZERO Safety especially for your cars.
In last couple of months, couple of cars lost all it's wheels, a car got stolen, a car was vandalized.
It has become a hub for car thieves, and when they renew the lease they raise the rent to 100+$, very expensive and insecured place to live in
