I would like to share my experience in a walking tour I did. It was very helpful to know that these apartments are well maintained. I was very excited to hear about all the amenities Montage provides. The moving process was clearly detailed by the property manager.

Just recently moved out from Montage. While it was a bittersweet moment, I don't think I would go back. The pros were: cleanliness of the apartment and property, friendly neighbors, all the dogs and cats, Al, the maintenance man (who no longer works there), and ease of access to highways and restaurants.
The biggest cons for me were the increase in rent after each renewal period. at the end of our lease, we noticed many tenants moving out and as a response to this (im assuming), the property was marketing new move-in rates which were definitely inconsistent with what we were paying due to the constant annual raises. these move-in rates for potential tenants are appealing, however when you are locked in the lease, be aware that annual charges do get steeply expensive and ideally becomes an unaffordable place to live (if you include utility bills - which is separate from rent - your overall monthly bill adds up). **ALSO PLEASE BE AWARE OF MOVE-OUT PROCEDURES AND RIDICULOUS CHARGES PULLED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. i was just charged over $300 for very minor damages. not worth fighting this because the leasing office is difficult to get in touch with when trying to confirm anything or get any information. i am grateful for devon and hailee/hayley for trying to help in whatever way they could, but the leasing office is understaffed for the number of tenants they need to tend to on a daily basis.
all in all, if you are looking for a clean and friendly apartment - montage is a great place to live. but if you're looking for an affordable place, tentative property manager, and the hope to not be charged for ridiculous things at the end of your lease - look elsewhere.

While my stay at Montage was good for the first eighteen months, the last eighteen months were what prompted me to move on. First the good; Al, the maintenance man, was top notch. He was knowledgeable and responsive to any issues that had arisen. Secondly , the location is prime for most things, ie shopping , eating , and highway access. Now the not so good due to Montages location, it was also convenient for vehicle break-ins. Montage had hired security for a brief period, then they disappeared, only to be rehired after multiple car break-ins. The no smoking policy was not always followed by residents( including recreational smoke) and the odor would linger in the stairwells. During the summer evenings, especially on the weekends, people would gather at the fire pit and as the evening progressed towards late night, the crowd would get noisier. The final straw for me was the yearly rent increases. For what an individual would pay now, I would expect a higher level of amenities. Do your research before signing a lease agreement.. there are plenty of options available elsewhere that offer morethose three story type apartment building are being built everywhere and will offer more bang for your buck. Sometimes its not all about location.
