Joe is the BEST realtor around. I would recommend him for buying or selling a home. My brother used his for purchasing a home and I used him for selling of a home. He was on point every step of the way. He was always more than prepared and was able to answer any questions I had immediately, very attentive and accommodating. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.

Joe is the best! That is the easiest way to describe him. His attention to details he leaves no stone unturned. He is always available to answer questions and give us suggestions during our sale. I have had Joe sell two houses for me and would never consider someone else. He became more than our real estate agent he became our friend looking out for our best interests. The only thing I regret is that Joe didn't have a North Carolina license to sell me a new home. I would without reservation suggest Joe to anybody looking to purchase a house in Prospect and the surrounding area ......
