I cant say enough about Deborah Ridolfi. From the moment I responded to her email, she was attentive and helpful. I was on a list for a long time to purchase a home at the Regency in Prospect. She made it her business to find out exactly what I wanted and did not want and proceeded to limit the amount of offerings and concentrated on only the ones I would be interested in. She was very knowledgeable about the community which was a huge help in deciding whether to purchase or not. She was on top of every single communication and paper that needed to be dealt with, making it easy for us to be organized and know exactly what was due and coming next. She is a wonder. I would recommend her with no reservations at all. She is professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help, even when the sale was final.
