The technician came in and said he will charge $115 per hour and 2 hours minimum. He showed up at 9.15. I showed him my Condensation pump that was making noise and my water boiler that needed a pipe change. After 15 mins at 9:30 he went to get the pipes for boiler. He came back at 10:30. And at 11 he came to me saying that the boiler is fixed and gave me a invoice of $470. His explanation was that he started from his home at 8 and was at my house till 11 so he charged 3 hours @ $115 per hour and hardware cost and tax. So for a $50 labor and hardware i was supposed to pay him $470. When asked about pump noise he said it is fixed for now, and it needs a pump replacement. So basically he dint fix the pump noise, on the contrary after he left, the pipe from the pump started leaking and since then i m manually draining water. I talked to his supervisor and paid him 2 hour rate, but they never fixed my primary issue, instead they made it worse. I will never recommend them to any one. Worst ever experience, Will never do any business with Earth Core again. I am surprised how they have got rating of 5. It is misleading. Please dont trust it.
