This place is the worst do not go here!!! The owner Chinese guy is terrible! I went there today 9/12/23 wanted to add a name to my chain he was very rude and only wanted me to spend more money! Didnt really care about my idea that I was trying to create a necklace for my mom. Just wanted money!! Very disappointed. Terrible customer service.

I purchased 2 gold chains there before. Went to get the lobster clasp fixed for one. Left with the chain on my neck. About 30 mins later I realized it was a different chain! It was a bit longer, but hollow! Same weight tho. Went back and of course hes saying he did nothing wrong. BE VERY CAUTIOUS doing business here! I would avoid it entirely! I went to look at the reviews and sure enough someone had the same problem. If you have to get repairs have it weighed and get the length while youre there in front of you before and after! Take pics too! This Loss turned to a Lessen!

Not sure about the place the guy has high prices for jewelry thats not worth it to me and hes really rude to the customers I feel this place needs to be investigated because I get a feeling that he sales fake merchandise for outrageous prices and I do believe some things are real but when I walked in I felt like I was on Canal Street in New York I brought a necklace and bracelet set its real and beautiful but I feel like he overcharged me for it I dont think I will go back and I dont think anybody should spend there money with them trust me u will be disappointed

Went to get my chain fixed I stepped out for 2 mins to put money in the meter once I came back he was done but it wasnt my chain he proceeded to ask me am I crazy I know Im not he took my chain and gave me something similar dont waste your time with this jewelry store
