        Our car was in your shop for over three weeks. We were sold the wrong parts. The wrong parts were ordered by your staff. The communication was poor and not timely. We were not offered a loaner car and when we requested one because of the long wait we were told that there was none available. The service we received was not satisfactory. We will not be recommending your dealership to anyone in the future.
