Buick GMC of Watertown

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change about a week ahead of time. When I checked in, I was told things were moving along and it should be normal time of an hour. Well.. I waiting over 2 hours which is ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation. Finally, when the car was done, I paid and went to get in the car there was grease on the driver's seat, floor mat and door area by the floor. This is the second time out of three this has happened. Most dealerships put paper or something down to keep things clean, but it may not have helped as this was a lot. I told Ian at the check-in desk who had a great attitude and was pleasant during the whole process. He immediately got some cleaner and a rag to clean my car. Due to the long wait times and messy service, I will not be using this dealership for service anymore unfortunately because it is close to my house. Also, would look at different dealerships for a new car. I doubt you will, but this should be put on your website as a review!! I agree to publish.

I received a loaner car as promised. The service manager was friendly and helpful. The work took longer than expected and I was able to keep the loaner until the work was complete.

I have worked for 2 GM dealer service departments for a total of 41 years and know how to take care of customers proudly and make sure they have the best experience each and every time they bring they're vehicle in for service.
