        I've been a Webster Bank customer for many years and have always loved their service. Yesterday, though, I needed a very specific, customized letter from the bank and went to the branch on Broad St. in Milford for assistance. Consumer Banker Amanda took care of my request right away and when I had to return to have it redone due to an error in the information I provided, she did it all over again - and she was so kind about it! A great bank with great customer service!

        Customer for 30 years. New ATM is super glitchy and at times will not take deposits, or give cash. When asked why I have to pay for service like that, I'm told why I'm charged 12.00 a month. App is unless as well.. Plenty of banks have free checking...... Goodbye
