Shutts Tree Service

We've used Shutts twice this year, and highly recommend them! We had a birch snap in two after a tornado and dangle over the power line to our house. Annie's team came quickly so that we never lost power. Last month they removed an aging oak from our backyard - one that could not be reached by crane or bucket truck. They were true professionals, climbing the tree, gently bring down all the branches and trunk, and our flagstone patio looked better after they left because not only did they remove all branches, limbs, and trunk, they also swept or blew away the leaves and sawdust. Their prices are fair, and Annie (the arborist who provides estimates for the work) consults with her team to make sure the estimates are accurate. We are super impressed with Shutts, and will definitely call them again for future work. Services: Tree trimming and pruning, Tree removal

Absolutely unreliable and unprofessional, Annie set 2 appoints for an estimate and both were no shows and no call from Shutts, What a hell of a way to run a business, especially for a customer that has used their service twice in the past. This is a great family owned and operated business that is always a pleasure to do business with. From highly technical tree pruning and removal to landscaping consultation and mowing they always do a great job. They are hands down New Haven counties top choice for arborist and landscaping work. Fast, professional and timely service at its best!
