Paradise Landscaping & Tree Removal

Paradise's Rep Arborist Marc came by to give us a quote. He was very professional, easy to converse with, polite and quite knowledgeable regarding tree health, trimming & removal and reviewed the process regarding the crew & equipment needed. He also offered options to not remove trees we were hard pressed to part with and rather trim them back so they would not cause damage to our home and still retain our privacy. The quote was fair and we never felt pressured. We highly recommend Paradise Landscaping & Tree Removal for any tree service needs.

Hire Paradise only if you want them to: (1) destroy your lawn; (2) cut your beautiful dogwood tree without being asked; (3) use your lawn as a storage area for their large equipment for over a month; (4) see how long they can drag out the job. Paradise performed their work in the rain, running their large equipment over our lawn, killing our grass, leaving deep tire tracks in the ground, etc. Then, when cutting the limbs, rather than lowering down the branches, they would just let them free fall, creating divots all over the lawn. Then, they would drag the wood to the pile by the curb. Worked started in April. They finished in June. The time in between, they left their large equipment on our lawn. They cut our tree without permission and didn't tell us - when asked, they responded, "It's a clean cut." They told us they would repair the destruction to the lawn by reseeding - Did they? I don't know - despite following their instructions, the grass never grew back. Got plenty of weeds though. Do not hire Paradise. You're welcome. Feel free to check out Yelp for photos of their work. Have been getting firewood from these people several times over the past 7 years with a hit or miss, sometimes ok sometimes green and one time a pickup truck worth of bark,dirt and debris. But this year takes the cake I ordered the 4 cord dumpster back in August in Oct. I called to check the status of order and they said I wasn't  on the list? considering I was a regular customer they added me. Since then I was promised the wood in Nov...... then Dec.....then Jan......no wood? I called asked to speak to owner the guy who answers the phone sometimes said he would call me...no call back no wood and here we are the end of Jan. When there is this poor a display of customer service there is only one thing to do... never call or recommend them again and I advise others to do the same.
