Some of the nicest people working here. Came in for an oil change, got some new tires & left with a smile from ear to ear.
Super helpful at pointing out which parts needed to be worked on in the future & incredibly kind. Wasnt super pushy about buying additional services, just gave straight facts. Ill be back! This location is wonderful.

Ive taken my jeep compass to Monro muffler Brake shop in Hamden twice now and each time my experience has been wonderful. The staff there is knowledgeable, flexible and goes out of their way to make sure that your car is well taken care of. I trust them with my vehicle and will be going back for regular oriole changes as well as concerns with my car!
