I wouldnt give a star at all if that was possible. Today my car was towed by greenway and they dropped it off at the wrong auto shop and took ZERO responsibility for it. When speaking with someone to try and explain that they dropped the car off in the wrong place, all he did was deny that they made the mistake. I had to figure out where they towed my car to and after calling back to tell him I located my car..he still denied dropping it off in the wrong place...got upset and hung up on me!!! Completely unprofessional!!!!! Later we also found out the driver never talked to anyone about the car. I told the driver the name of the person waiting for the car. He never found that person and just left the car on the street with the keys in the car! Also unprofessional...and not to say careless and stupid with someone vehicle. This is all unacceptable! I would never recommend anyone use this company.
Edit after owner response: THE CORRECT ADDRESS WAS GIVEN. THE INSURANCE COMPANY MADE THAT CLEAR! AND WHY DID THE INSURANCE COMAPANY HAVE TO SEND OUT A SECOND TOW COMPANY IF THE RIGHT ADDRESS WAS GIVEN. IF YOU WERE SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THIS PROBLEM, YOU OR SOMEONE WOULD HAVE LISTENED AND TRIED TO AT LEAST TRY TO FIX THE SITUATION. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. SO IF YOU WERE SATISFIED WITH THE WAY YOUR PEOPLE HANDLED THIS SITUATION THEN THERE WAS NO NEED TO RESPOND. THE CORRECT ADDRESS WAS GIVEN. END OF STORY

I requested a jump start waited two hours they never came, never called and did not pick up my phone calls. I will make sure none of my family and friends and their friends use to sorry company. Unprofessional!!!
