I went to Kim Nichols, MD today for the first time, and LOVED my experience! I am not familiar with most of the procedures they offer because I am just starting to focus on my skincare and haven't done much to date. The offices are beautiful, and everyone was SO nice! The two girls that I worked with Lexie and Mikayla were sweet and knowledgable. They took the time to ask me questions and assess my skin before they recommended a pigment balancing peel to start. The procedure itself was easy and I learned so much because they explained every step! 5 stars and then some!

I got the best facial from Jess!! Not only was it so relaxing and enjoyable but she is an absolute pleasure to be around and she takes such good care of you and your skin. 10/10 recommend!!

Today, I had my first ever Botox treatment! Chris was amazing. Because everyone is different and their needs can vary Chris explained, in detail, what that meant for me which allowed me to make an educated decision for myself. Chris answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Chris is incredibly knowledgeable and has a warm, friendly, professional demeanor. The entire staff could not have been more welcoming. From the moment you walk in you feel like youre amongst friends. A truly wonderful experience.

All the staff members were very sweet 10/10 experience
