you can never call and get thru to this place. The Doctor has never followed up on the phone with results from tests nor could i get thru to ask for follow up Doctor is like a Robot walks in sits down gets on computer read by rote gets annoyed if u ask a question. walks out to next patient no interraction. My second horrible interraction with her,Terrible Experience

Excellent patient centric Dr. . She took the time to carefully explain her actions . Never felt rushed. I would highly recommend if you need to see an urologist. I do wish her office test showed up in greater detail on MyCharts.

I had a very unfortunate experience with Dr. Alonzo. She was one of the worst doctors I'd ever been to, and I've been to a LOT. Robotic, cold, non- compassionate bedside manner. I had what was meant to be a relatively painless procedure done (cystoscopy), that turned out to be unnecessarily agonizing. Cannot speak to the other doctors at this practice, but would never go back to her!

A world class medical professional. Dr's Alonzo took over a complicated case and covered all the bases needed to resolve it. She did so with full, readily understood explanations, risk - reward assessments and numbers of decisions made to ensure a safe and full recovery. She is / was personable, attentive and genuine in her commitment to securing that which was best for me as my case moved toward resolution.
