The staff is hardworking but they need another location in the mall. I waited 20mins for just a brownie. This is rediculous.

This USED to be such a great Starbucks years ago, under a different management and baristas that actually took the time to know you and you could have a good conversation with. Now, it's so over crowded (even when you order mobile they're far behind), nobody seems to care as much, and orders are done wrong a lot more often than right. There are always new people working and I don't believe they're being trained right or understand what they're learning. The only time to go here and get you're order right is when they open. Sidebar, I complained to corporate about this place and no one ever called me DESPITE me telling the representative all my information.

The staff is hardworking and the mall location is very busy- but the drinks are not made in the order the orders are entered. I had two drinks in my order and received the first after waiting 20 minutes but had to wait another 20 minutes for the second drink. The second drink was also not made correctly. I commend the staff for their hard work, but I think the high demand of orders and lack of a system makes the job more difficult.

Unlike others, I enjoy this Starbucks very much. One specific worker here always makes my morning. Her name is Willow and she is very friendly and polite. Would come again.
