Starbucks

Dreadful. First, the coffee tasted burnt--and I'm not sure that's Starbucks coffee in general or just this place. Second, rudest employees at any coffee shop I've visited. There was this young woman with a nose ornament (pin?) who sat among the customers with a trainee, loudly and rapidly telling her about the duties. So loud and rapid that I could not think straight. There were empty tables away from customers or perhaps do it behind the counter or in the back. Horrible place.

Hands down the messiest Starbucks Ive ever been in with super slow service. Giving a one star only because the front counter girl was super nice. But who ever is the head manager has this place a wreck. From disgustingly dirty counters to over flowing garbage cans.. to the lack of drink makers definitely needs some legit management upgrading. Never coming to this star bucks again unless I absolutely have to. Ill stick to the one on Summer st.
