I visited this hotel for a product showcase, I don't know about the rooms. The staff was nice, the lobby and conference room were clean. Location is right off the highway. Better than other hotels. Food & drinks: Good drink options and good food for conferences.

Not recommended at all. The hotel has declined drastically over the years. As soon as we checked in we noticed stains in the bathroom and on the floor. Stay away.

I had a really unpleasant experience. I stayed 3 nites at hotel everything was going great not counting the over priced brakefast that is free everywhere else, but so far it was my fault to not do a better diligent on my search. But any ways at the end of my staying I dicided to stay another day and extended my staying online, after i was done I called front desk 2x no one picked up so i dicided to go for a smoke and to the front desk. Done with cigarette I whent to the front desk I told the guy I staying another day he was very professional and helpful, but when extanding my staying the hotel need another need ny Credit card for anothet $100 deposit even that I already have a $100 in deposit that it was not returned yet, but rules are rules I told him.I need it to go to the room to get my wallet so he gave a temporary card that didn't work so at the 4th time he call the maintenance guy to open the door for me with the master key. As me and the maintenance gay was getting in the elevator the cleaning lady called him and told him "watch out" "open his eyes with me" (in portugues) the maintance guy didnt say a word kept professional, so I played dumb went to the room took all my belongings from the room and explained the guy from the front desk the situation, he ask to show who she was and I left when I got to the car had forgot so belongis had to go back, front desk got maintenance guy again we when up the room. The maintenance guy noticed I had I took my belongings and said "why dnt u just ask the front guy to put u in another room?" (Thinking that I was leaving because of the problem with the door!) Then I answered him in portugues " The door is not the reason I'm leaving!" The expression on his fave was priceless seen me speaking in portugues! (During the staying I had not seen that lady and have never seen her in my life. Now I can't rep around my head the reason she got out of her way, left the job she was doing to say that! But there's no reason to treat a costumer as a criminal or something!) One other thing the nite before going for a smoke decided to go to the bar and get a beer, so I sat at stool the bartender was talking to this 2 ladies as he saw me he gave me a dirty look and kept talking to the ladies for about 20mi as I was not there, finally when he noticed I was not going way he asked me I what I wanted to drink I said 2 beers in the can but discuss look in his face didn't go way. He chard $25 for 2 beers I was surprised but paid anyway and I left, I guess if u dressed comfortable with PJs and dnt look rich u won't get treated ad equal! I'M NEVER COMING BACK!!
