SpringHill Suites by Marriott Danbury

Just off 84 and close to restaurants. Its been refurbished and so is preferred over the other Marriott property the other side of 84 Safety: Safe location. Walkability: Location doesnt keen itself for walking Food & drinks: Typical Marriott breakfast options. No bar.

Very nice place. Stayed here for a couple of days with my wife and kids and check in was very fast and easy. Sarah was super friendly and very helpful when it came to suggestions. Parking was free and easy. Rooms were a little bit small but had 2 full size beds and a pull out couch. Place was clean, beds comfortable and shower was good with the water pressure. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. The staff was great. The continental breakfast was good ( including coffee) and the location was excellent. Nearly easy access to all. Gym equipment is modern. No pool. Would definitely recommend and return

My recent stay was extremely disappointing due to several issues. Firstly, the management was incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant from the start. Additionally, there was a leaking toilet in the room that soaked my clothes. Instead of offering a proper solution or apology, the management only provided coins for me to use their washing facility. Furthermore, there was a carpet in the room that was coming up, creating a trip hazard. Despite bringing this to the attention of the management, they did not take it seriously and had an indifferent attitude towards safety concerns. Overall, my experience was far below expectations, and I decided to check out early. I relocated to Holiday Inn Express and had a much more satisfactory experience there.
