Should you need something that is outside of an individuals scope of knowledge, please be aware that this location has the most rude customer service you can possibly imagine Including the security officer, and you will not get an answer. If I did not have kind individuals at my regular location, this bank would be dropped immediately.

The front desk women, Brazilian and young, had a poor attitude with me when I asked her gently to help me calling to reset my password bc I was told from customer service that I can have them help me out calling. So when I asked her she grabbed her head and shake her head and roll her eyes and answer with a tone of voice THATS NOT MY JOB. I dont think thats how you treat your clients and I do think thats her job, I dont think she deserves working in there too young for it.

I've been with this bank for a very long time and they switched over to some new system that screwed up all of my accounts that had direct deposit. It really messed me up bad and I had a hard time getting people to fix it. Now I'm having problems logging into my account and it won't let me access my account. It tells me that it's unavailable every time. When I call customer service I go through a series of questions they tell me I not able to help me. I'm disabled and I need to be able to gain access to my money I can't just go into a branch. Their customer service is going way downhill. Turn on top of it they tell me to come into the office so they can verify me so I get my wheelchair man and go down there parking the handicap parking space and then going to get into the building and there's. The guy at the storethe guy at the store Manny I believers name was he was very nice in the beginning and he left me saying that the app would work in an hour give it an hour he did something and it would work in work in an hour. You never followed me through all the way to the point of my app working he left me and told me to work and kept pushed me off on my way. It didn't work so I had to call back several times to the store on main Street Webster and it's a long hold process to get somebody to answer the phone over. I'm still not able to access my app.. Manny from the main street location Danbury just told me to come in and he'll close my account out and hand me a cheque. That was a very unprofessional way of saying get last weekend figure how to fix your problem. Laziness is everywhere in society.

I have multiple accounts for over 25+ years, personal, business, commercial and homes mortgage etc. I have found everyone from corporate officer to teller are responsive, helpful and if required, go over and above to complete the task. standing in line for minutes longer has to be accepted. One must visit local DMV offices to realize why patience is a virtue.
