        Nasty older woman that works here gave us attitude. On top of that when we visited to change a name on our credit card the ONE manager on asked her to help us and she wouldnt even try to help. Luckily the other teller young guy did. It was just faxing paperwork. The second manager left for a family emergency. Okay thats understandable but you should have called in another manager or platform employee.

        New ATM machines are the amazing. Progress is here! Wish that progress will get to the wait you will most likely experience here. Overall chase is a great bank. I am with them for more than 2 decades.
