Unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. We were here to make a new account. They were busy, so we left our phone number and left to spend some time at nearby mall. They told us they would call us back in 40 minutes or so but they never did. There are other branches nearby, folks in Ridgefield branch were helpful.

I've been banking with Chase for about eight years from the Ridgefield location and I only have positive things to say. The location has lots of parking, has a nice atmosphere, and I've only had positive experiences. I just do basic banking at this stage of my life so in that regard I am happy. On the occasion I've overdrafted from my checking they refunded the fee when I asked them to. I appreciate that.

Have come to this branch twice and both times was helped by Frantz Lamour. He is kind and friendly and willing to help with any issue. Love this branch.

Would like to thank Franz for helping me yesterday, my wallet was lost and whomever found it tried to use my Chase debit card, Franz calmly helped with this. I appreciate his work so much! Thanks again, I love my town and the helpful people who live and work here. Happy holidays!
