Great spot to get your workout on!  Always had an issue with not knowing what to do when I got to the gym, not a problem anymore. Having all the workouts show up on a screen works great! They have stretch bands and other items you can use to suplelment your workout. Staff is great. Typically pretty quiet besides the 5-6pm rush time. 45 minutes and you have a complete workout.  Sign up now!

Koko Fit Club has a wonderful combination of professional trainers to get you started the right way and a easy to follow video-based strength training / audio-basedcardio process.The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable.  I've experienced strength and cardio improvements in 6 weeks. The 24/7 access with trainers available to meet as early as 6am fits my schedule and preferences.
