Beware of their so-called free lesson! Our 16-year-old daughter went by to take advantage of the advertised free lesson. The manager sent her home with a paper telling her because of her age, she needed signed parental approval. My wife signed the paper. It turns out this was for a 1-year membership, at $100 per month. Calling the manager did no good. Calling the corporate office did no good. Now we're getting threats from a collection agency, for a membership -- and a free lesson -- that she didn't use. This place unethically took advantage of a 16 year old girl.

Beware- Money Hungry!! Good workout, but the corporate office and managers are rude idiots. I got a late fee because my card declined, and no one called to tell me until two weeks later after they instituted the fee. Now I have paid my membership with only a 20 dollar fee left over, and they harass me daily for it! I called the corporate office to see if I can do something to avoid getting a call every single day, because I am going to take care of the fee next week, and she rudely told me no and hung up on me. Again, good workout, AWFUL service. Do not expect to get a call if your card declines, until they have already charged you fees.
