Alpine Lodge Restaurant

We have been visiting the Westcliffe area for 20 years and the Apline Lodge for close to that, at least twice a year. We have never had a bad meal there and Richard and his crew always gave us a enjoyable experience, so we keep coming back. We stayed in one of the simple but efficient pet friendly cabins. We just had to walk across the parking lot to enjoy two dinners and Sunday Brunch, we probably gained a few pounds, loved the ribs and Alpine Chicken! It is also nice to be able to hike in the National Forest and Wilderness area from the cabin and walk off dinners.

Service was fantastic. Out server was very attentive and right on the spot when needed. Bean soup was delicious and twisted braid honey bread terrific . Our food was outstanding. Steaks were done perfectly, medium rare for me, medium for my brother in law. My wife's salmon was fantastic! Sister in law's shrimp was amazing. Would highly recommend this restaurant! And we will be back.

Exceptional place to go for an awesome meal with great food and the staff were tremendous. Can't wait to go back!
