        Trash overflowing outside, bathrooms both blocked off for “cleaning”, but no one was doing anything. No urgency to help customers, and when I asked about how long the bathroom cleaning would be, the clerk was rude to me!!

        I needed gas. They had gas. Would have been a five star review if the pumps had octane-ethanol labels.

        After leaving Raton we decided to take this route (hwy 69) to Salida, First gas station in this town so I decide to fill up the tank and take no chances until finding another gas station. So the gas price is high, is not big deal since it cost more going to small towns of the beaten pass. Only one person working at the store this AM , she was very polite and a very hard worker dealing with some tourist. For sure if I head this way I will stop here.
