        I have older boots so I’m went in for new liners. A family follows me in and are there to buy new boots. He goes into the back to check for my size, come back In under 10 seconds and says we don’t have your size (I’m a 27 ski boot not uncommon) thorn shrugs and says “yah we don’t have your size you should buy new ski boots..” not “hey we can order them for you” . Felt like I was being pushed aside so that he could sell some boots. Won’t go back.
