Appointment was futile and price well above what was noted on the site. I set an appointment for early morning when my son was off his 10 hour shift from work only for dispatch to call 15 minutes late to say that he would be there 30 minutes late. 40 minutes past and the actual locksmith Benny called to say he would be another 40 minutes. Upon arrival at 7:00am my son stated it was fortunate we made a 5:15 am appointment. At this Benny proceeded to up the price of the call significantly. We made an appointment to get this completed, Did not anticipate an almost 2 hour wait and most certainly did not expect the extra cost which is not stated on the site. Would not use this service again. Very disappointing, They had good reviews which is why we used them won't get fooled again!
