I tried to schedule with this company they were extremely rude to me, I wanted to get my truck rekeyed after a break in and get access to a safe I lost the key to. I tried to tell the operator this at the beginning but, they interrupted me to start collecting information about my truck. When I gave them all the info, I told them about the safe which the don't fix only open I cancelled my order with them. The operator hung up on me. The operator was very snappy and rude throughout the interaction. A few minutes later a tech called me to schedule I explained that I needed a safe done as well, he was very polite and said they can't do it.

*Update: After posting the review their customer service reached out to me and they were very helpful and apologetic. They were able to reimburse a large portion of the cost and assured me that they will no longer be working with the locksmith partner that got sent on the original call. Original Review: (1/5 Stars) The lady on the phone said it would be a $29 service fee and then $19-200 for labor depending on the time and difficulty of the job. When the guy arrived he said it was going to be $350!!! After some negotiating he came down to $250 which is still $21 more than the max price quoted over the phone. I would absolutely understand the cost if the work he did required an immense amount of skill that only comes with years of experience but he literally inflated a bag and stuck an overpriced coat hanger through the crack. That is not worth $350!! Taking advantage of people in desperate situations is not ok and all 'locksmiths' like this should be ashamed!
