Absolutely horrendous. Dysfunctional, untrustworthy, and worst of all incompetent at car repairs. One person says one thing, next person says that guy doesn’t actually know what they’re talking about. Next Subaru dealership figures out the real problem immediately. Go to glenwood, do NOT waste your time here.

Bought a used used Subaru Outback XT for our daughter who lives in Summit County in April 2017. Paid 13,000 for a 2008 with about 98,000 miles on it. We were assured that everything had been inspected and it was running smoothly. Air conditioning never did work. In February 2018, fewer than 10,000 miles later, the car is sitting dead in Kansas needing a new engine and turbo. Perhaps not Vista’s fault but the whole experience there felt slimy. Would never buy from them or take another car there for service. Cost to repair is more than the car is currently worth. Buyer beware!

I settled on a 2012 Subaru Outback and was more than satisfied with every bit of my experience at the dealership.
