Was able to get into my 2022 forester that I had been hunting for. I had chatted with Dan a few times and found him very helpful. We decided to work with him after getting straight answers and a realistic price on a very hard to find car. On day of pickup he had the car ready and we were able to work through some much needed corrections to the offer of my triad in we left happy.

Wow was my experience horrible here. You're exceptionally lucky if you can find a sales rep, no one shows for appointments, no one responds to emails, and people here are so unfriendly and miserable I just felt sorry for them. Went to Groove in Denver and had a completely different experience and purchased a car the same day. Hard to believe the two dealerships are in any way related.

We had a tire blow out while we were in the mountains and Grace at Groove Subaru was incredible with helping us getting new tires within the same day. She helped us find tires in stock and was super attentive and kind. Thank you Grace!!

Put down the Newspaper, 'The Best of Summit' is Groove Subaru in Silverthorne. This full-time local knows it! I've had excellent service by them for years and I just had an emergency and everyone is booked out for a week or more, except Groove. They often say don't judge a business just on their good days but the bad too and Groove has passed with flying colors. Thanks Groove for keeping me on the road. Literally don't know where I would be without your team. Sending all my Subaru people your way for good service.

I needed some antifreeze for my Subaru Outback and checking on Google saw that a Subaru dealership in Denver lists it for $28 a gallon but had it on sale for $24. I decided instead of driving to Denver, I would pickup a gallon locally at Groove Subaru of Silverthorne as I figured they would be close in price. The parts guy goes back grabs a gallon and tells me its normally $70, but he can give it to me for $45. I look at him dumbstruck and he says that is the best he can do. I tell him I checked the price on the WEB and I can get it for $28 list, in Denver. He says give him a minute so he can talk to his manager. He comes back and says he can sell it to me for $28. They flat out lied to me that the price was $70, and $45 was as good as they could do. I will never trust this dealership again. I would give them a negative star if I could.
