Todd Schrodel is a very knowledgable, caring and compassiate realitor.
The last house we sold was in 1985. The process has changed signifcantly! Todd took the time to make sure we understood every aspect of the process. Being an older dude, I took quite a bit of handholding to get through the process. Todd did so with all the compassion and care that was needed. We felt very comfortable through the whole process. Todd went as far as working with both parities to make sure there was no misunderstandings.
If in the future I'm in need of real estate services, Todd Schrodel and United Reality Snuffels is the only folk I will use!

Ask for Judy Darwick! We completed our second property purchase in the Ridgway, Colorado, area with Judy (DARWICK!) and couldn't be happier.
