Selling our 4800 sq. ft, Mountain Contemporary Home was easy for Tim & Deb. They took advantage of all electronic media had to offer and used their personal contacts to get 14 showings and two offers on our home in Pleasant Valley. Always open to our ideas and concerns, they were willing to try new marketing tools, and always responded immediately to our calls. Our virtual tour was of such high quality it could have been shown in a movie theater. The still shots photographer hired by Tim and Deb did award winning work. All in all, we could not have been more pleased. On top of it all, the new owner absolutely loves the home.

We knew Deb and Tim slightly before we contacted them. We knew they had an excellent reputation and we wanted to avoid any pitfalls. They met with us almost immediately and within a few days they visited our house. They suggested a higher price than we were thinking, so we listed the house very quickly. For at least 3 days, they were here every afternoon with one showing after another. The offers came in so fast and so high that we had a hard time even grasping what was happening. We accepted an offer way over our list price and they wasted no time getting the deal put together. They didn't miss a detail or a beat. We followed everything they told us and the deal came off without a hitch. I have never worked with two realtors who were so professional, yet kind and caring. We walked into Tim Currin and his teammate and wife Deb's real estate office just to ask for information. They were extremely generous with their time and knowledgeable about the local real estate in which we were interested. Once we told them what we were seeking, they quickly winnowed down properties that would potentially suit our requirements, spent 2 days showing us around the area, and within those days found the perfect property for us. Since our first meeting with them, Tim and Deb have remained in contact with updates and information, being proactive with their communications. They also introduced us to the people with whom we needed to make the necessary arrangements for building on the property.
In a subsequent visit to Ridgway, Tim and Deb introduced us to a couple of builders, and took us around to show us examples of their work. We've enjoyed many a good conversation with them and now consider them friends.
