        PEOPLE BROKE INTO OUR ROOMS! staff gave away our room while we where in it. Since they couldn't get in, THE STAFF PROVIDED TOOLS TO BREAK INTO THE ROOM! THIS HAPPENED TO 4 OF OUR ROOMS! HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?! Worst hotel i've ever stayed at. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS.

        I will never stay here again terrible front desk service had a small woman with glasses check us in I specifically asked for a roll out bed they said they would save it for us the did not. The lights didn't work in half the room. The breakfast was not serviced like it should have been.

      Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry rollaway beds are never promised and available on a first come fist serve basis. Our breakfast is above and beyond what is required of us to have. I wish you would have let us know about the power in the room, we could have fixed it for you. Safe travels,Bailey
