        The registration service was terrible, the person who treated me in a very bad way to the point that he yelled at me, I do not recommend him at all.

        Paid $300 for two nights the the air and toilet didn't work and took 10 hours to fix. Place is a scam. You get treated better by motel 6 for half the price. Customers care comes last here. I am here a second night like you mentioned that's cuz my cab cancelled by the time it got approved 45 min later to refund my second night and your front desk guy said that the only one that can fix the problem is the district manager cuz he was on the phone with the manager and he couldn't fix it. Motel 6 doesn't take 12 hours to fix a toilet. And your staff never asked before hand if the new room was ok. He said he checked it and it should be fine. But your maintenance man that did come fix it deserves a raise.

        I was a little worried about the hotel before I got there. Pueblo does not have a lot of options. When you approach the hotel the neighborhood around it is kind of sketch but this hotel is great. There is a guy named David at the front desk who is so helpful. The staff is great. Starbucks is across the street. It's a great find!

      We have 2 cameras with AUDIO at the front desk. They clearly show YOU yelling at ME because I told you we cannot use your bosses' credit card to check you in without the credit card authorization form. You even spoke to your boss on the phone and he admitted he was aware of the need for a credit card authorization form. When you told me you were nit staying and I informed you we would have to charge the cancellation fee, you yelled even more.

      I understand your frustrations the two issues you are referring to we had no time to prepare for and they happened sporadically. However I do find it hard to believe that you would have rather gone to the Motel 6 and gotten treated better over there because I am looking in my computer right now and you are still here. If customer care truly came last here we would have not taken that room out of order and given you a new room to accommodate you that you obviously saw no issues with because I told my front desk to make sure you were happy with the room before they moved you. We handled the situation as professionally as possible and you were obviously happy enough with our services enough to even pay to stay here another night. If you have any other concerns come talk to me at the front desk my name is Robert I am the assistant manager and I would love to come to a mutual understanding to change your mind about this 1/5 review.
