        Horrible customer service at the front desk. Clark said she was putting in and didnt care anyway. Refused to do anything about TV that did not work. There is no furniture in this room other than two barstools and a table very uncomfortable room stay clear of this place they obviously do not care about the customer

        Not a bad room. Really basic. Tv remote doesnt work as its not programmed to the tv. Bed is comfy, ac works. My complaint was the shower. Didnt look like they cleaned it, there was hair on the soap holder and the wall. And the water pressure was weak. Other than that, I have no complaints. You prolly have to check in at the clarion, since there was no one at the lobby back here. Overall not a bad place. No breakfast here but you can purchase the breakfast Buffet from the clarion for (I think) $7/person, not bad. Some sketchy people around, but this was quiet. Oh and theres no grass, so if you have a dog keep that in mind.

      Thanks for letting us know how we did David. We are sharing your comments with Choice as this is the new concept for Suburban Studios. We agree that there should be seating in the rooms and hopefully with your feedback we can improve the new prototypes.As for the staff, it will be addressed immediately.
