Great hotel in the center of Pueblo. Next door to the convention center. Good benefits for Hilton Honors diamond - $10 per person per room to use on the bar/restaurant or the pantry, or you can get extra points. Nice staff who are very attentive and were good about my needed late checkout. Clean lobby. No breakfast included unless you book it that way. Walking distance to restaurants, including our favorite, LA Forchetta; also walking distance to the River Walk and shopping. Safe area. Very nice. Free parking.

Wow! What an amazing experience through and through! We stay at Courtyard by Marriott because we have a corporate rate, but I absolutely will be staying again! The rooms were great, with views of the mountains, the staff was friendly (especially the morning baristas!!!) And the whole place was squeaky clean.
The location and proximity to restaurants downtown and the river walk is AMAZING, and it made a very stressful trip wonderful and relaxing.
Rooms: Rooms were very clean - I dropped my makeup blender under the bathroom vanity and prepared myself for the worst. Nope! Totally clean, even where you least expect it!
We liked that there were options for delayed turn down service, as I was working remote from the room while my spouse was at the site. Rooms were quiet and felt very safe.
Nearby activities: The river walk!!! Amazing location and proximity to a very cute and well-kept area to enjoy the weather.
Safety: Felt totally safe, but probably wouldn't have wandered about without my spouse with me after dark - but that's just logic, IMO.
Walkability: Easy access to a variety of bars and eateries downtown. Well-lit streets and area felt safe with my spouse, even after dark.
Food & drinks: Lots of nearby options for food and drink - also a super cute lounge/bar at the hotel itself. Whatever your needs/ intention, you'll find it!

NEVER AGAIN! Gold elite member and have stayed at many Marriotts. This place was horrible. The shower is disgusting, overflowing trash, holes in the walls, broken closet doors, looks like a 5 year old made the bed, and in the ghetto. Check in and stay in, crack heads all over the place. Horrible experience and waste of money!

The hotel was average in all respects, not the worst but definitely not the best. Shower had caulking falling out, the mirror was broken, water temp fluctuated wildly, and part of the bathroom door was broken off. We also had to park across the street. We asked if the parking had security and cameras. Our trailer and back of our truck were broken into overnight. We had valuable items in our trailer that we bought at auction and it will take us days to figure out what's missing and we can't exactly file a police report until I know what's missing. Very disappointed in the safety of the area as well as the lackadaisical response of the hotel staff. At least offer to speak to your security before pawning me off on the cops.
Safety: Our truck and trailer were broken into despite supposed security. I would never bring my children to this area, it is obviously unsafe.
