Most of the staff are pretty decent, provided the management doesn't run them off.  This place claims non for profit but charges their "clients" appx 17.00 per day. You will not be permitted to leave or progress if you can't find a job.  Guys with felony records have a hard enough time as it is.  The rules are simple enough to follow but don't get on anyone's bad side , they will screw with you and your progress. No cellphones, no recording devices or any kind permitted due to the severe lack of food provided and the neglectful state of the buildings.  4 slices of bread, appx 2tbspns of peanut butter, 1 ounce of jelly, and 2 left over mini donuts for lunch alternating with 4 slices of bread, 2 slices of ham, one packet of mayo and one packet of mustard, the same desert is grossly inadequate for nutritional value....pretty sure the nutritionist they are required by the state of Colorado to have doesn't actually exist.  Pipes consistently leak sewer gas, roaches in the A building, multiple broken showers, PVC pipe used for the fire suppression system in client rooms, mold and rot, tampered UAs by staff, staff and even case managers consorting sexually with clients.  If you keep your head down and just ignore their traps and drama you'll make it but don't trust anyone, they are not going to help you outside of tying the noose around your neck tighter. Edit:. Interestingly enough this review is not showing and keeps disappearing for the 5th time in addition to the complete ability to google this business vanished.....the truth hurts ICCS.  Cannot prohibit the 1st amendment just because your facility is truly piss poor.
