Hide-A-Way RV Park

Had to call the place a few times until someone answered, on the phone I was told they were closed... Once I drove past by the campground I could see plenty trailers being used, there was no snow on the ground and temperature were not extreme (high was 56 and low was 22). Good enough to have residents and log term tenants but closed for travelers...

Really lovely little RV park. It is near the road but the spots are nestled in and you don't feel like you are that close to it. The owner is so nice and accommodating. He works hard to maintain it and you can really see the pride of ownership. There is a little creek behind the rv park and a dog run. I actually wish we were staying here a few more days because it is so pleasant. Seems like most people here are longer term stays, but the sites are all really clean and everyone is very friendly. There aren't really any amenities, but I am okay with that. With Covid-19, he isn't filling all the spots and the bathrooms are closed. There isn't really a sign, but if you follow your google maps you will find it no problem. I would definitely stay here again.
