Connie is the most professional and kindest person in the industry. Even though I didn't go through with getting any service done and ended up buying a new fridge it still didn't stop Connie from helping me by contacting LG and filing the complaint and even getting me a rebate on the compressor if I wanted. She went above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough. And by the way, compressors in LGs from 2015 go out way too fast.

We've called on appliance man on a few occasions over the years (their magnet is on our fridge)-- they helped us with a stove problem, a refrigerator problem, and recently a washing machine malfunction.  I didn't give 5 stars because repair guy had to come 3 times--came once, had same problem inside 30 days so came back without a new service call charge ($80, applied to repair if one is done).  The 2nd time was on a Friday and Troy (repair guy) needed a different tool to assure we didn't have a leak, and said would need to return-- I started down because I was unable to get an answer about when return would happen.  When they communicate the communication is accurate. He returned Monday afternoon and I had a very good tutorial from Troy knowledgeable serviceman about what not to do with my machine--I wish I'd had that lesson 10 years ago!  Positive ending.
