Mark is incredibly knowledgeable. This company has professionals who don't try and get you to make bad moves to make themselves money. They give you an honest and complete review of what is happening after they diagnose the problem. Will definitely use again when the need arises.

Would Highly Recommend! Tech was friendly and professional. Very reasonable price for service performed and appreciated the honest opinion on our aged Washer (rather than trying to upsell repairs that would fail in the not too distant future). Working with Choice One was a pleasure. I scheduled to have my microwave looked at & Sam was on-time, very courteous, and answered my questions. He did a GREAT JOB at a fair price and even gave me suggestions on my clothes washer. My family will definitely use this company again.

I've had Sam in a couple of times and he is punctual and professional. He was exceptionally helpful during Covid, showing up with a mask and gloves and sanitizing along the way. Very fair prices; highly recommended.

Sam did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem with our leaky clothes washer and explaining our options. He fixed the issue while charging us only a diagnostic fee and explained to us that the major repairs needed on the horizon were probably wasted money and that we'd be better off buying a new washer when the washer failed again. He was honest, gave us a good price, and taught me quite a bit about the washing machine and appliances in general. This was a wonderful experience.
